It’s hard to resist a savory and delicious hot batch of quality cornbread.

What’s better than delving into this hot and flavorful bread? Having it infused with cannabis, of course. You might think that making cornbread is rather intimidating and should be left to the pros, but where’s the fun in that?

It’s pretty impossible to find cannabis-infused cornbread on the market, so it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get to work.

• 2 tablespoons of Cornbread Hemp’s Full Spectrum Whole Flower USDA Certified CBD Oil
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 4 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
• 1 ⅓ cup of all-purpose flour (substitute with gluten-free flour if need be)
• ⅔ cup of cornmeal
• ⅔ cup of sugar
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder
• ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
• 1 ¼ cup of milk
• 2 large eggs

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Spray a 9×13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Grab a large bowl and whisk the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4. Whisk the melted butter, milk, oils, and eggs together in a large liquid measuring cup.
5. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry and stir together until mixed thoroughly.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
7. Cool and slice into 12 equal portions. Congratulations, you just made your first batch of cannabis-infused cornbread!
