CBG, or cannabigerol, is the mother of all cannabinoids. This cannabinoid is present in significant proportions in younger, less mature plants that have not transformed into THC, CBD, CBN, and the other chemical compounds we crave and love.
Mature, fully grown plants have a very low level of CBG. Even though scientists could isolate and study the compound in the 60s, we hadn’t taken much advantage of its power until recently.
However, the production of flowers that contain high contents of CBG is rare, expensive, and somewhat tricky.
Even though these obstacles, the cannabis and hemp industry has managed to satisfy the public’s needs and wants for this substance. Hemp cultivators have used several techniques to deliver high-CBG flowers to the public, all through careful and planned crossing, expertise in cultivation and harvesting, and much experimentation.
All-in-all, the CBG flower is simply the result of genetic and technical expertise that has allowed producers to grow and harvest early plants that have an abundance of this cannabinoid.
Just like any other bud, CBG flower can be used to smoke, make concentrates or edibles, and virtually any other way you may think of consuming.
Just choose your preferred consuming method and begin with small incremental doses that will allow you to understand further what you are to expect and how you will react.

CBG does not have intoxicating effects like THC. In fact, it is rather similar to CBD and is sourced from hemp that contains less than 0.3% of Delta 9 THC. The common and known effects and benefits of CBG are relaxations, relief, stress management, and those related to CBD or medicinal marijuana.
There is still a lot of research necessary to further understand the full scope and potential of this substance. Still, at the present moment, we can understand that there are many therapeutic and medicinal uses to this mother cannabinoid.
Users have reported ease of day-to-day stress and anxiety, relief for pain and symptoms of depression, and many other ailments of both body and mind. It is, of course, safe to say that we should all understand the potential risks and hazards of any substance and that we all react differently to substances.

More importantly than the effects, some people may choose to consume or stop consuming a substance due to the possible adverse effects or side effects it may produce.
There is still a lot of investigation and research on the effects of CBG, so try to take it slow and see what it causes you!
As with many other cannabinoids, you may experience dry mouth or cottonmouth, red or dry eyes, and if consumed excessively, you can get paranoid or anxious rather than treating it.
There’s a lot of power in the mental state in which you are when consuming a substance, so take it slow, be chill and let these effects pass!
Honestly, all cannabinoids are very sexy and provocative, as such, we must remain calm and smart when trying them out so we can better understand what we’re going through.
Don’t necessarily take our word for it, but go out and try some of Botany Farm’s CBG products.
