IM Cannabis Announced A New Logistics Center To Push Its WAGNERS Brand In Germany

A multi-country cannabis operation is focussing on the German medical cannabis market.

IM Cannabis Corporation recently announced plans to launch its popular Canadian WAGNERS brand in the German medical cannabis market in 2022.

IM Cannabis is a global cannabis company that already has operations in Israel, Canada, and Germany, but the company is looking to focus on its WAGNERS brand in Germany’s medical cannabis market. The company will begin exporting premium indoor-grown dried flowers from IMC Canada’s cultivation facility in 2022.

The plans perfectly align with IM Cannabis’ vertically integrated, multi-country strategy. It recently announced the launch of WAGNERS in Israel as well as a receipt of an import permit for Canadian cannabis products from the Israeli Ministry of Health.

CEO of IM Cannabis, Oren Shuster, explained in a statement that with the growing demand for premium indoor-grown Canadian cannabis and a rising number of German medical patients not relying on government reimbursement, he is “excited to launch [the company’s] popular Wreimbursement to medical patients in Germany.”

He hopes IM Cannabis will continue creating a foundation in the German market, which is currently one of the largest medical cannabis markets worldwide. Shuster expects the market to “rapidly expand as Germany’s new elected government enacts broad regulatory reform of cannabis use.”

He concluded with statements explaining how IM Cannabis will continue to grow its businesses throughout Germany in the coming months and be “well-positioned through brand recognition for eventual regulatory reform.”

IM Cannabis currently operates in Germany under Adjupharm GmbH, the company’s fully-licensed EU-GMP subsidiary. The subsidiary recently finished constructing a new and advanced logistics center to allow IM Cannabis to conduct all aspects of business and execute its supply chain, including repackaging bulk cannabis.

IM Cannabis hopes the logistics center will expand the company’s distribution methods and abilities. We should also expect to see IM Cannabis’ German operation acting as the focal point of long-term European cannabis marketing strategies. Since IM Cannabis acquired Adjupharm, the subsidiary has increased production and storage space to align with the rise in medical cannabis from new supply agreements.

Now that the logistics center is complete, IM Cannabis has doubled its position in the German market by approximately 8,000 square feet.

The company has also expanded production facilities with modern technology while increasing storage space to hold up to seven tons of cannabis.

Since IM Cannabis opened its logistics center, the company has obtained new supply sources and extended its product portfolio to introduce premium and exclusive products. It also added a vast network of distribution partners to help establish its presence in the blossoming German market.
